His expertise primarily lies in the fields of incineration technology and waste water/sewage treatment. He is a highly articulate, confident, and persuasive team-builder who is able to motivate and communicate to achieve exceptional business performance. Mr. Chhibber provides a persistent and flexible approach to the mutually beneficial achievement of company business plans and personal goals of staff, suppliers, and customers. He has delivered over 30 training sessions on incineration technology to target groups varying from operators to policy makers. He has years of proven expertise in industrial purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, business development, marketing, sales, and service. He is responsible for implementation of modern management practices, reporting systems, customer-supplier relations, etcetera.

With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and research experience spanning over three decades, Dr. Liem is, among other things, heading the research and development (R & D) function in incineration technologies. He has the ability to drive the R & D teams and re-engineering of out of patent technologies. He is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing projects on environmental technologies in the areas of waste-to-energy, incinerator development, emission monitoring, and waste treatment. He has delivered several training sessions on incineration technology to various target groups. He explores new generation, eco-friendly designs and de-bottlenecks existing processes and provides manufacturing process stabilization. He has been involved in 50 publications featured in international and national journals and many presentations at conferences dedicated to waste incineration and solidification, air pollution monitoring and control, Kraft mill recovery and effluent discharges, general waste management, fluid mechanics in oil/water systems, and computer simulation.
