Our Service

Whether you need equipment delivered, picked up, or serviced, KETEK's courteous and professional service representitives are on call 24 hours per day.
KETEK provides reqular free service calls on a two or three week schedule.
Service calls are provided free of charge with the exception of misuse of our equipment as determined by the drilling foreman and KETEK's service representative.

KETEK supplies service representatives to complete installations of equipment, field repairs, and demobe services when
required on a 24 hr basis from each of our locations. All of our trucks are rigged to allow for the onsite servicing of
most of our equipment whenever possible. We also provide roustabout service personnel with or without vehicles as required.

KETEK has fabrication and painting facilities in Edmonton which allow for the development of customer specified design
modifications to our equipment. Our design team has numerous years of oilfield experience, allowing for upgrades which enhance
the serviceability and usability of our equipment.

In the case that damage is caused by transportation and/or misuse, service and mileage charges will apply.
